Christian Legal Society of Seattle is hosting its 4th annual winter retreat

Special Guests:   Washington State Supreme Court Justice Charlie Wiggins(pictured below), and CLS's Law Student Ministries Director, Mike Schutt

Theme:    Biblical Justice 

Justice Wiggins (whose more complete bio can be viewed here) was elected to our State Supreme Court in 2010.  He will be sharing his thoughts on a topic he has taken a great interest in, defining “Biblical Justice” and its role in society.  In addition to exploring the concept of Biblical Justice, Charlie has many other interesting passions (including legal aid, legal history, bow-ties, and snowboarding).  It will surely be a joy and an honor to have him join us.

Also joining us will be our friend and NW Retreat veteran, CLS's Law Student Ministries Director, Mike Schutt.  Mike also serves as law professor for Regent University and is the author of Redeeming Law: Christian Calling and the Legal Profession.  Among law students, Mike is probably best loved for his blog, Redeeming Law and the Christian Legal Resource website Cross and Gavel.
