This Directory is to be used solely for the purposes of the Christian Legal Society. It is not for distribution to anyone who is not a current Society member in good standing. Please only use this Directory for individual professional and personal referrals and CLS ministries.

Under no circumstances may this Directory be used for mailings or solicitations by any individual, business, campaign, organization or ministry (Christian or otherwise) without the prior written permission of the Christian Legal Society national office. Please direct all requests for use of this Directory to the Membership Services Department.

The individuals listed in this Directory are, as of the most recent update, current regular members of the Christian Legal Society. They have signed the CLS Statement of Faith. Christian Legal Society has no knowledge as to the personal or professional qualifications of the persons listed in this Directory. Individual members have provided their area of practice codes; CLS has not independently confirmed these codes. Christian Legal Society exercises no control over the legal work its members perform or over the fees they charge.

It is the policy of the Christian Legal Society, with respect to currently incarcerated persons seeking legal assistance, to require that such requests be submitted in writing to the CLS national office. CLS forwards such requests to a CLS member attorney in the prisoner's area if there is a member that according to practice codes may be able to assist the prisoner. It is at the member attorney's discretion whether or not to contact the prisoner. Please do not give CLS attorney member information directly to the prisoner.
