CLS Conference Cancelled Due to Hurricane Wilma Damage
Thank you all for your patience and prayers as we decided what to do about the conference.
We had hoped that the power grid would have been repaired in time to hold the conference. However, the latest information we have from the power company is that it is extremely unlikely that power will be restored within the next several days not only at the hotel but in other more vital facilities like the hospital.

The hotel was part of this decision and has stated that they will be refunding any deposits that were collected. CLS Conference attendees do not have to call to cancel their reservations with the hotel. The hotel agreed to cancel all hotel reservations for anyone in the CLS room block.
As you call to cancel your plane reservations, make sure to tell the airlines that you are cancelling due to Hurricane Wilma damage to your destination city and hotel in Naples, Florida.

The 2006 CLS National Conference will be November 2-5, 2006 in San Antonio, Texas. As you cancel your plane reservations, you might be able to use the ticket for next year's conference. Check with your airlines. We look forward to seeing you there!
