Chapter Website Hosting

CLS is offering to host chapter web pages on our website.  We desire to promote unity and integration as a society of Christian legal professionals and to do so we are offering attorney and law student chapters the opportunity to become recognized as part of the CLS community.  We offer two opportunities for the Chapters:

1)  The standard package of Chapter presence, to includes such things as Chapter Name, Location, Chapter Officers, where and when the chapter meets as well as points of contact, etc.  These informational pages will be provided by the chapter via a form located within this site.  This benefit to our chapters is FREE.

2)  The integrated package offers to provide a chapter website within the CLS website.  This will provide real functionality, integration, depth of content, and maintenance as well as informational pages.  CLS will introduce chapters to our web designers who will be able to integrate and maintain the chapter website for less cost than the chapter could put up their own website.  This service is not free to the chapters but will cost significantly less than the chapter trying to "go it alone".  Functionality such as discussion groups, access to e-commerce, mailing lists, etc. are available under this opportunity.    Identity and integration into the Christian Legal Society becomes a reality.  A major part of this benefit is the ability to change and maintain the chapter's website.  The volatile information that needs frequent refreshment is done by the chapter (since they have the greatest access to relevant information for their members) and the non-volatile "technical" information will be maintained by the CLS website.  A Chapter Website will bring about visibility and legitimacy as well as a sense of community to the chapter membership.
