General Information
Registration
Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of the early discounts. Payment in full is required to process all registrations. The registration fee covers all main sessions, workshops, three buffet breakfasts and the Saturday night banquet. We will confirm your completed registration by mail or email.
The status of your membership on October 17, 2013 determines your registration fee. Those attending law school or undergraduate school full-time are considered “Students.”
When both spouses are attorneys, law students, or non-lawyer members, the spouse with the higher registration fee must register and the other need pay only the spouse fee (e.g., if one spouse is an attorney and the other spouse is a law student, then the attorney registers at the attorney fee and the student registers at the spouse fee).
Accommodations
The conference is being held at the Hilton Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Florida. All accommodation reservations must be made by the attendee. Rates apply for single through quadruple occupancy rooms.

**IMPORTANT HOTEL UPDATE** The CLS block of rooms at the Hilton Clearwater Beach has been sold out. There are still limited rooms available at the Hilton, but they will be at full rate. Overflow arrangements have been made with the Pier House 60 Hotel, which is across the street from the Hilton Clearwater Beach. The Pier House 60 Hotel is offering CLS Conference attendees a group rate of $149/night. To reserve your room, book online using Group Code "CLS" or call 727-683-0002 and let them know you are attending the CLS National Conference.

Transportation
The hotel is 20 miles due west from the Tampa Bay International Airport on the Gulf of Mexico. Super Shuttle is available at the airport, bringing passengers from the airport to Clearwater Beach hotels. CLS has arranged a discounted rate with Super Shuttle for Conference Attendees. Taxi is also available.
A special car rental discount as been arranged for CLS Conference attendees through AVIS. Parking is complimentary at the Hilton Clearwater Beach. Click the link below to reserve your car.
CLE Credits
CLS will be applying for state bar approved CLE credits. There is no additional charge for CLE credits for workshop sessions; however, you must fill out the proper CLE forms at the conference to receive credit. CLE credits are also available through the pre-conference events on Thursday.
Dress
The dress for the entire conference is resort and business casual.
Special Needs
If you have dietary or other special needs, please let us know when you register so that we can make arrangements.
Cancellations
Any cancellation/request for a refund, must be made in writing and CLS will issue a cancellation number. If received on or before September 20, a $75 administration fee will apply. If received by 4pm EDT on October 4, a $150 fee will apply. No refunds will be given after 4pm EDT on October 4, 2013. No-shows will not receive a refund.
