How to Renew

There are three ways that you can renew your CLS Membership:

• Renew by Postal Mail - Current or former members can download, complete, and print the Membership Renewal (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader - available free from www.adobe.com).  Please attach a check (or complete the credit card information) and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.
  
  
• Renew by FAX - Current or former members can download, complete, and print the Membership Renewal (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader - available free from www.adobe.com).  Please complete the credit card information and FAX it to the number at the bottom of the form.
  
  
• Renew by Telephone - Current or former members can renew their CLS Membership by calling the CLS Membership Services Assistant, Tim Potter, at (703) 642-1070 ext. 3302.
