PRAISES
  • Praise God for the talented and dedicated men and women He has called to serve on the committee that advises the CLS Center in its selection of cases;
  • Praise God for a successful panel discussion at Hastings College of Law regarding the freedom of student religious groups in which CLS Center Litigation Counsel Tim Tracey participated; and
  • Praise God for the resources He provided to support the CLS Center's defense of the sanctity of human life.

PETITIONS
  • Please pray that the U.S. Supreme Court will justly resolve Hein v. Freedom From Religion Foundation, a case involving the constitutionality of President Bush's faith-based initiative in which the CLS Center filed a friend of the court brief;
  • Please pray that the U.S. District Court in Colorado will justly rule on pending motions for summary judgment in Colorado Christian University v. Colorado Commission on Higher Education, a case involving equal access to state student aid in which the CLS Center represents the university; and
  • Please pray that the U.S. Supreme Court will issue a beneficial opinion in Morse v. Frederick, a case involving public school restrictions on student expression in which the CLS Center filed a friend of the court brief.
