Court Tentatively Upholds School's Censorship of Bible Club Flyers
On April 14, a Maryland federal court declined, at the outset of the litigation, to order the Montgomery County Public

bulletin boards. CLS is investigating an immediate appeal of the adverse portion of the ruling to the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. (More Info.)
